I am Gordan, age fourtysomething, I met some of you at the just-concluded BrickMagic in Raleigh. My dark ages were rather long, but ended abruptly about six years ago when I found out about an auction on ebay (by LEGO itself) of several never-sold MISB sets from 1974... those childhood dreams. Still not very familiar with the current product lineup and all the themes, instead I've been buying individual bricks, that is, living on BrickLink.

I like to build replicas of real buildings, and did one from Zagreb, Croatia, where I was born. I am a member of the local LUG over there, but wanted to meet with some of you here as well, and was very impressed with your train layout and smooth setup operation. I live in South Jersey and teach college kids when I don't play with LEGO Very Happy . Look forward to meeting more of you at Chris' this weekend - thanks for the invite!

Hi Gordon,

It was very nice to meet you at BrickMagic. Again Congratulations on the Best of Show Award - very well deserved! Very Happy

I am glad to see you found us on the forums. You will fit in nicely with PennLUG. Sorry I will not be at the meeting at Chris's on Saturday, but I'm sure we will talk agan soon.
