New City Building

Post  rgb on Wed Dec 01, 2010 9:41 am

I wanted to build some new stuff for the Kidsfest layout since a bunch of my other buildings will be in Allentown instead. I hadn't done anything in green yet, so I decided to give it a try the past two evenings:

My one gripe is that it came out a little too tall. It's actually a little taller than the Cafe Corner. Maybe once I get my LUGBulk parts, I can try something other than 4x6 windows. (I also have windows in the back but ran out of panes to put in them).

I originally told Cale I was going to do a 32 wide building. If I have time tonight, I'll try throwing together another 16 wide building to go with this one.

That's pretty cool! I've never tried building a building yet, but it is a project I'd like to try someday. Looks like one has to have a LOT of bricks to do what you've done!
