Pennsylvania Trolley Museum, Trolley Fair, June 23rd and 24th 2018

Post  Cale on Fri May 04, 2018 2:31 am

We got an invitation this week from the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum to display at their 2018 Trolley Fair.

https://pa-trolley.org

The event is June 23rd and 24th, hours are from 10am to 5pm both days. Steel City LUG will be there displaying as well. We would be able to set up on the 22nd. The room we have to set only has about 15x30 ft of usable space for us to set up, so we could not do our large train layout. But we have several options for setting up a smaller train display that could work and be very manageable for a small group.

Of course the museum is in Southwestern PA, essentially the opposite end of our very big state from most of us. This will mean traveling out of town, and staying in a motel for the weekend. But it could be a fun event, especially with our friends from Steel City.

If any one is interested, let me know. I would like to give them a definite answer by the end of next week.
