Annoying Add on the Forum Front Page

Post  Cale on Mon Mar 17, 2014 8:49 pm

So has any one else been experiencing an annoying add on the forum's front page? Several people have asked me about it, it's apparently right in the middle of the front page blocking chat and maybe some other stuff. However it doesn't show up on any of the browsers I use, Safari or Firefox. So with out being able to reproduce it myself I have no idea how to solve the issue and even if I could I'm not sure I would know what to do about it. Any one have any insight into this?

Annoying add

Post  S-Tauser on Sat Mar 22, 2014 8:35 pm

I haven't logged in since reporting the annoying add, but it seems to be gone now. The add that is normally below the banner is back as it used to be.

Just an FYI,

I registered on the forums today and I use IE (at work). The ad just below the banner usually appears correct but sometimes when i browse or refresh, it drops a little to cover the current date/time info. The only problem I had was when registering, during the verify password and security code portion the add covered the re-enter password box and some of the words. Made it difficult to get it but I was able to Tab to the box and type it in.
